DESCRIPTION
WarWizard is a CRPG that was originally meant to be a
commercial release. Due to financial constrants, the
developers were not able to release it as such. Thus,
it has been released shareware. It is a huge game,
involving more than 300 monsters & NPCs, hundreds
of items, both magical and mundane, and over 70 spells.
Your party may contain up to four characters, with races
such as humans, elves, and dwarves, and classes such
as warriors, clerics, wizards, enchanters, sorcerers, and
more. Also, while the object of the game does involve an
over-all quest, you are not constrained by a linear story-line
(like you are in so many modern CRPGs). This is NOT
interactive-fiction, but true role-playing. Over two years
were invested into the development of this game, which
was written in C for the Amiga (NOT a port), multitasks
perfectly, uses intuition & AmigaDOS calls only, and is
hard drive installable. It will run on all Amigas running
any OS from 1.3 on, and uses high rez (640x200) for
unprecedented clarity.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
A hard drive is strongly recommended.
512k chip ram AND 512k fast ram minimum.
UPDATE
Make sure you are runing version 1.03 or newer. 1.00
lacked essential fonts and didn't exit gracefully when
it didn't find the exact files it wanted. 1.01 worked fine
but had a few bugs and no keyboard shortcuts. 1.03
HAS keyboard shortcuts.

PRICE
WarWizard 1.03 is the SHAREWARE version. It
contains only 1/3 of the overall game. In order to
complete the game, one must send $20.00 US to
the authors, who will then send you a full, registered,
and finishable version of the game. This is completely
explained in the readme file in the archive.
DISTRIBUTABILITY
Freely distributable as long as the contents of the archive
are kept intact.
