Introduction

 This util is XFD external decruncher. This decrunchs BRLE files.
 Files in the BRLE file format are created with B.R.L.E Image Compressor
 written in 1999 by Naveed Khugiani / Algotech Software.

 Installation
 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
 Just copy 'BRLE' executable to your LIBS:xfd/ directory.
