ROT13 requires OS2.04 or higher!

  Well, ROT13 opens a little, fontsensitive and resizeable
GUI with a string-gadget and a TEXT_KIND-gadget in it.
You enter a text in the string-gadget and ROT13 presents
you the ROT13-text in the TEXT_KIND-Gadget. Only characters
from "A"-"Z" and "a"-"z" will be converted. The rest will
be displayed like you have entered in the string-gadget.

ROT13 can also jump to every PublicScreen.

New in Version 1.05:

  - You can save your crypted text in a file (Menu-Item "Save ROT13")

TODO:

  - Make ROT13 be able to copy the crypted text into clipboard.
