REX reads two so called `rex sctipts': one containing the field position
data and one with the field values (contents) and generates an ASCII file
(the form) with correctly formated and positioned text -- ready for printer
output.

Forms and data files are very easily created; even machine generated forms
and data scripts are quickly set up.
