This archive contains a new version of the SAS/C++ compiler,
with new header files and link libraries. SAS/C 6.5x is required.


This is an EXPERIMENTAL version. Use at your own risk, for
entertainment purposes only...


We (SAS) have decided to port our latest in house C++
translator to the Amiga. Any SAS/C 6.5x customer may use this
version. In releasing this as a free update to 6.5x, we are 
hoping to get testing of the portable translator. Please send
and bug reports to sassek@sas.com.



This version of C++ has many of the newer ANSI draft features,
including templates. It does not support exceptions however.
