Use ScreenToIFF to save open screens (public or private) as IFF-ILBM
pictures. Unfortunately, it is not (yet) able to save graphics card screens.


Changes:

   1.22 - Very wide screens were not saved correctly.
        - If a patch like VisualPrefs or UrouHack was running, there were
          problems when iconifying or quitting the program.
        - Some other minor changes.
