This is a program for the AA3000 and AA3000+ Amigas equipped with fully 
working DSP3210 chips.  It is an add-on for Thomas Rapp's Newmeter program
that adds a usage bar for the DSP3210 when compliant software is run

Usage:
------
1. Ensure that Newmeter is correctly installed 

2. Put DSPmeter.exe somewhere useful, like C:

3. Select the Newmeter icon, right click and select Icon/Information.
Choose the Tooltypes for Newmeter, and add a new entry as follows:
ENVGAUGE=DSPmeter "DSP" 0 100 0 "%" 0000FF

Note that there must be no spaces around the = sign

The above steps only need doing once

4. Now start DSPmeter from the Shell with 
Run DSPmeter.exe 
(or add this line to your user-startup so it runs every boot)

Run compatible software to show DSP usage in Newmeter.  Versions of my 
software with DSPmeter support are:

Mandel_dsp.exe v3.16 or higher, 
WMHB.exe v1.07 or higher, or
dsp3210mpeg.device v1.3 or higher

With the first two, you'll need to be in window mode to see Newmeter, though!
