SF_VBlast is a little Tool for destroying resident
  programs (including resident viruses) in memory so that  
  it is virusfree before booting again.
  That`s important if you want to boot from a virusfree
  BootDevice/Disk being sure that no virus is active after boot
  and you want to be sure that no virus will survive the
  next reset to infect files etc.  .
  (for example if you want to use virusscanners, analyse prgs and
   you want to be sure that those programs (and you) are not cheated 
   by active viruses).
  SF_VBlast should be executed if new programs were started from 
  which you don`t know if they could contain a virus that possibly
  survives a reset.
  
  Additionally a SF_VBlast BootBlock can be installed on
  Disks.  
  

  SF_VBlast may freely be distributed if no files of the SF_VBlast-
  Archive are changed or altered in any way (except packing).
