Long: splits files (especially archives)  into smaller portions.
For a short help run it with a parameter '?',  '/h'. This version
of SPLIT uses big buffers,  doesn't overwrite the main archive if
its extension is a number AND -> I hope you'll like it       =8*)

Example:	split /100000 file1  newfile
		split bigfile smalfile
