This keymap is for 0S 3.x. It should be suitable for US and Canadian
PC Keyboards.


Alterations:

Main keys:
---------

    The "\" and "|" charcaters have been mapped to the
appropriate key (my old keymap used the insert key for that).


Keypad:
------

The numlock key will produce the left "(" and shift "/" will
produce the right ")".
