This program compresses text files into the tcr format used on EPOC-32
mobile computing devices, for example Psion PDAs. This version is
build with the SAS/C compiler for 68000 and 68040 CPUs and with StormGCC
for '020-'060 and PPC (WarpOS) CPUs.
Source code, SCOPTIONS and StormC option files are included.
