SetPri V1.7 is a tool for setting the priority of any running Task or
Process. It has a ReadArgs interface and is used simply from the
shell or CLI. A Quiet option and return codes aids use from scripts.

It does not rely on Process numbers like ChangeTaskPri, but can
change any Task or Process, launched from WB, CLI, ToolManager,
device driver, etc. SAS/C source code included.
