changes: (since 1.02.03)
         fixed system default font problem -- shells now get correct font.
         added a basic tools (shell, editors, clock, calculator) menu.
         (since 1.02.07)
         added CLOSE gadget to ED command, found bug in filerequester (not mine)
         moved clock startup position so non-overscan screens don't fail
