 STWeb `is a simple HTML file viewer.  It is not very good at the moment but
 it may get better in the future.

 STWeb requires the aap.library included with the program.  This must be
 installed in the LIBS: drawer.

 Th source code can be obtained if you want it.  Just read the readme file
 included in the archive.
