This is a small update to PowerWindows. As I actually don't have very much
time to work on PowerWindows you only get:

- some bug fixes (opaque, strange screen size error, ...)

- new version of some PowerWindows utilities (StackAttack, ...)

- new utility CyReq: should make requester replacers and -improvers,
  Assign-Wedges, etc. work again
