TEMPLATE: INDEXFILE/A,OUTPUTFILE/A
INDEXFILE/A: path/name of indexfile
OUTPUTFILE/A: path/name for the outputfile (includes identical entries)
ChkIndex is written in assembler. (sourcecode included)
