Weitaus bessere Verständlichkeit, besonders bei Umlauten, st, sch,
ß u.s.w. .  Zahlen mit bis zu 6 Stellen und beliebigen Kommastellen
(mit ',' getrennt)
Installation: Einfach die Datei deutsch.accent in das Verzeichniss
sys:Locale/Accents/ copieren. Wer will, kann vorher die alte Datei in
German.accent umbenennen um so nochmal die Unterschiede festzustellen.
Achtung, bei der verwendung von 'SPEAK:' oder 'say', alle Sonderzeichen
werden verschluckt!
