This is an new upgraded version of my old PicRnd program, that was in
util/wb. This program adds a configuration file allowing the user to
specify more than one directory and their desired file names, rather than
the programed ones of the older PicRnd program. This program has been
tested on an Amiga 3000 with Workbench 3.1. It should work on any amiga.
