RemTVModes is a patch for people using a VGA monitor without a graphics
card. It prevents PAL or NTSC screen modes from appearing in requesters or
being chosen automatically.

RemTVModes should be run from your User-Startup file without any arguments.
It is unnecessary to start it with the Run command. There is currently no
way to remove the patch without rebooting.
