This is a patch to change the KICK attribute of your Blizzard_Mem, enabling
you to have RAD disks in Fast-RAM!

This is the first release of this patch, so only deals with Blizzard
accelerators, later versions may deal with other types of Fast-RAM - read the
included document file for further information.
