MergeChip V1.02

I didn't understand why WinUAE creates 2 MB Chip and
additional 6 MB. Some Programs got problems with this.
So i wrote this program, it merges the two chipmemblocks.

Example:
1> MergeChip
1> Avail

Put in "Startup-Sequence" after "SetPatch",
( "PrepareEmul", "LoadModule" )
