OpenLibrary, OpenDevice & OpenDiskFont
also search in CurrentDir and "PROGDIR:".
Fixes a bug in the 68060.library, it tries to open
mathsingtrans.library &
mathdoubtrans.library
But these libs doesn't exist, it will be remapped to:
mathieeesingtrans.library &
mathieeedoubtrans.library

Insert in the "Startup-Sequence" before "SetPatch":
