This little patch copies the A2091/A591-ROM to FastRam like the fastrom 
option of the cpu command.

It only needs less than 13 KByte of memory and achieves a average speedup of
about 50% especially with small transfer sizes (eg. 512 Byte), at least on
my Amiga ( A2000, A2630/4MByte, A2091... ).
