Requires WB 2.0++.

This is a new blocking file compressor (16 Aug 1996) which
requires a lot of memory for the larger block sizes, but
produces excellent compression ratios.
It produces smaller files than lha, zip, lzx or even gzip.

This archive contains the fully optimised executable for 68030 and
corrected portable GNU source with a smakefile for SAS/C++ 6.57.
All compiler settings are in SCOPTIONS so it is easy to customise.

Note:
no compiler errors and warnings need to be suppressed, unlike
some other GNU porters, so it is less likely that you will have
any nasty suprises.
There is one warning generated for 'yy' by the optimiser but this
is bogus, see the source for details.
