Basically, this programs places an AppIcon on the workbench, to act as a
Trashcan. There are quite a few variants on this same theme, but this
program works in a similar way to that of the Apple Mac's trashcan.

Icons dropped on the AppIcon will me moved to a directory called
'Trashcan', in the root directory of the same volume.

To empty all the trashcans in all available volumes, a menu item in the
Workbench Tools menu is added, 'Empty Trash'. Selecting this will delete
all files in all available trashcans.

NB: This program is Shareware.

The new cli commands, EmptyTrash and Trash, with this version are exact
equivalents to the Tools Menu and AppIcon methods of trashing.
