makeinfo:

- updated to GNU Makeinfo 1.54 (from texinfo 3.0)

- bumped revision to 1.55

- added --amiga-39 option

- added support for bold & italics when --amiga-39 option is specified

- added support for ANSI bold & italics when --amiga-39 --no-headers
  option is specified

- Index button points to Concept Index (it it exists)

- added localization of strings

- added option to convert spaces in node names in underscores

- added handling for @ character if first character in attribute

texinfo.tex

- updated texinfo.tex to version 2.108 (from texinfo 3.0)

- bumped revision to 2.109

- added localization of strings

- changed wrong settings in @afourpaper (European page style)

- changed some values in titlepage to avoid over-long horizontal lines
  (when printed in @afourpaper or @smallbook).


texinfotimes.tex (based on texinfo.tex version 2.109)

- texinfotimes.tex prints texinfo files using PostScript fonts
