This program checks AmigaGuide documents for broken links, links that
are never referenced, bad syntax, illegal commands and some more.
It also creates an index node on request, provided the database is free of
errors.

Changes made in release 2.10:
- Added full support for external references. Cross references are
now checked fully.
- Fixed several flaws in the line parser concerning the use of @ and
the escape-character \ in quoted strings.
- Added pattern matching support.
