	This is an image of "The San Diegan", northbound
	between Rose Canyon and Miramar, just north of
	downtown San Diego.  Photo was taken about two
	years ago, before the welded rail replacement
	program was completed.  Note the train riding on
	jointed rail, with the ribbon rail on the ground
	alongside, waiting to be installed.  Estimated
	speed here is 60 - 70 mph.
