Recommended util/boot/SysPic301.lha

I recommend you use Syspic with vertical and horizontal centering and
fadein/out options:

"C:SysPic <Path:><Filename> VCenter BBlank SetOscn FadeIn 16 FadeOut 2 R=0 G=0 B=0"

Created in TrueBrilliance, converted to 256 colours in ADPro. (Both pics
are identical except for the 3.0/3.1 tag)

I have seen this design somewhere before, but can't quite remember where,
