Kinda of the version 2 of the PoweredBy startup configuration.  The
background picture is now simply black, so you can easily create a config
for any resolution you wish (simply re-center the 2 brushes and the text,
very easy!, the BAR is a bit harder but it's easy anyway).

Includes a nice 800x600 config, and the standard 640x512 one.

Includes a DEVS:System-configuration file that has no pointer, which is the
only way to truly get rid of it while booting.  Also comes with 2 palettes,
one which will show you your pointer when IPrefs kicks in, for GfxCard
users where the 3rd sprite color is actually an eor mask.

Nice STNG sounds, too!

As a bonus, you get the only usable TEST-CONFIG script around, no more
need to edit these suckers by hand (OS2.1+).
