This is a no FPU compile for Ilkka Lehtoranta's "hvlplay.library", which
the original with FPU & source can be obtained from here:-

Thanks to Frank Wille for linking advice.

The library seems to take while to Load even on 68020 emulated WinUAE,
but once resident its OK. Any help on improving this will be welcomed.
