Really stupid bug which slipped into the S3M EPL in dasmp_epls.lha 
packet. All s3m modules sounded really weird with the V2.47 S3M0 EPL.

68000 and 68020 versions provided.
This should also be somewhat faster than the previous version (only
slightly, but every nanosecond counts, right?)
I screwed up again. Users, I am really sorry for this apparent 
lack of brains in my tiny head. :-)
