This application is based on great StreamMP3 script (ver. 2.3) by Sigbjørn Skjæret's.
It features StreamMP3's original functionality (playback of mp3 streams,
including Shoutcast broadcasts, directly from netrwork via mpega allowing
to use low bitrate modes on slow CPUs)
The extra "x" in application name stands for "extra" functionality that includes:
1. AWNPipe GUI instead of rexxxreqtools.library requester (to allow the following featues)
2. Recognition of songtitles
3. Song history display
4. Better cleanup when exitting
Installation:
------------
Copy the included ".rx" files "REXX:"
Usage:
------
rx REXX:XStreamMP3.rx
or:
rx REXX:XStreamMP3.rx somefile.pls
or:
rx REXX:XStreamMP3.rx URL someurl
