Notes:

1. Prior to the more common "Richard Joseph Player" format came this
   format - which only appears to have been used by Richard Joseph (one
   of the best Amiga musicians).

2. To play "Richard Joseph" music every module must first be converted to a
   special format which is very similar to EaglePlayer's "Dave Lowe" format.
