 | | AGMSTranscribeSound is a variation of AGMSPlaySound that lets you move
forwards and backwards through a sound sample and lets you jump to a marked
location. It is intended for use as an aid in transcribing a recording of
dialogue onto paper. AGMSRecordSound is recommended for making the initial
digital recording of your dialogue. Uses arp.library for wildcards. July
17, 1993 version.
