This small Workbench program (executable is just over 32K) allows you to
load/play type 0 and type 1 Midi files providing basic details of channels
and messages present (including sysex and sequencer-specific meta events).
Loaded Midi files may be converted to either MPX1 or MPX2 form and the
program also allows the loading/playing of MPX2 format files directly.
Documentation is in HTML form and readable with any browser!
