This program allow you to control an hidroelectric power plant as
if you where in the control room.

	Sorry is only in spanish!!  Anyway I think is not very dificult to
understand because it has many pictures and few texts.

	The program is the application of the matematical model studied by
Mr Pablo Díaz Masa in the University of ICAI (Madrid).
