Long: Howdy!  This short proggy  was written in  TP7.0 and allows
you to  split files (especially archives)  into smaller portions.
For a short help run it with a parameter '?',  '/h'. This version
of SPLIT uses big buffers,  doesn't overwrite the main archive if
its extension is a number AND -> I hope you'll like it       =8*)

Bugs: Check the file attributes if something goes wrong :-(

boring hours  of compiling as I  needed such a proggy.  Hope this
