This allows the transferring files between any machine with a serial port
and a BASIC interpreter with a Z88. FileZ88 uses full software protocol
handshaking as documented in the Z88 Users Guide.

A version of FileZ88.bas is included that has been compiled with HiSoft
BASIC. (Thanks to HiSoft!)

There are no changes with this version. The only difference is that this
one has a correct directory structure. (And a binary!)

Previous version contained a statically linked binary that's useable by folks
that do not possess HiSoftBASIC.library.
