Version still in the beta phase, given the modifications
made to achieve higher frame rates with and without FPU
for 020, 030, 040, and 060

In addition to BSzili's usual ones, I'm adding a couple
of new ones for downloading color planes and quantizers
for the palette

Icon Tooltype options

FORCEMODE=
PAL or NTSC among others to activate AGA or other modes
with 64, 32, or 16 colors (6, 5, or 4 bitplanes) to
improve frame rates at the expense of color depth.
This option is disabled if RTG is used

With FORCEMODE enabled, other color modes with fewer
bitplanes can be used:

(COLORS=16)
(COLORS=32)
(COLORS=64)

And a color quantizer to slightly improve visual quality.
Lloyd3D is fast but offers average color quality
(QUANT=lloyd3d)

Wu is slower but offers better color quality
(QUANT=wu)

To use RTG (if a card is installed), FORCEMODE must be
disabled; you can then choose a FILTER setting:

none for 320x200 resolution
nearest for 640x400

(FILTER=nearest)


FIX: from https://aminet.net/package/game/shoot/DarkForces_ZZ9000_Fix
which writes directly to RTG, bypassing double buffering,
though it may cause some tearing
