This is just an update for the SetupIOBlix program. It was necessary because
some printers had problems with the initialization. Just replace the old V37.5
with this version.

changes since 37.5:
  - some printers could be left in a state where switching off-line was
    impossible. Fixed.
  - UARTs FIFO size is now calculated by using the internal loop-back feature
    instead of using a static hardcoded size.
