This is an update to the serial drivers from the V37.8 release. Again some
people reported problems with some programs, so I decided to release these
bugfixes.

This archive is meant for both IOBlixZ2 and IOBlix1200.

Most recent changes:
  - EOF mode was broken in certian situations. Especially Genesis suffered from
    this.
  - sometimes no handshake could have been set, instead of Xon/Xoff handshake
