Execution handler

  This is a special AmigaDOS handler which tries to interprete the files
  copied into it as standard AmigaDOS executable module. If possible, the
  program is then executed in a CLI environment. The exec-handler is
  intended to be the destination of a linker program, thus creating the
  functionality of a compile-to-memory system.

  Please read also the supplied AmigaGuide® document to obtain further
  information about the installation and usage of the exec-handler.
