This is a new release of great hackdisk.device by Dan Babcock.
I found a bug from it, fixed it, and asked Dan for permission to
release this new version.

Hackdisk.device is (in short) trackdisk.device replacement. It
features faster and more reliable operation than original
trackdisk.device. See documentation for more info.

Assembler source code is included. Doing a diff with this and
Dan's latest release (V2.02) reveals that actually very few
things have changed. :)
