Small but very powerful utility which is able to read CDDA data
*absolutely error free*

· Your favourite CDDA-reader failed on a track/disc? No prob., try
GRaBAtOR!
· Did you damage one of your Audio-CDs? Did you get a damaged one from a
friend? Did you damaged your friends disc? (ouch!) No problem, 'cos
GRaBAtOR is here! :)
· Now you can rip the tracks from those really nasty CDs with GRaBAtOR!
If you can rip a CDDA-track in a better quality with an other program,
please email me, so I can improve GRaBAtOR's output even further! :-)
Some (probably unique) features:
- Absolutely error-free reading from audio-discs!
- JOINED mode! (mixes left + right channels to a real mono channel)
- Strips off leading and trailing zeroes from the sample!
- You can specify the positions in minutes:seconds:frames as well!

Note about GRaBAtOR's current state:
This program is not finished yet, but I use it regularly (mostly with
the default options) without problems.
(Of course I'm still working on it. :-)
Don't be afraid of the version-number, '0' just means, that it is not
finished yet, and not optimized for speed in any way, the 'ß' means,
that it has already passed the 'alpha'-phase. ;-)

Further releases of this program depend on the emails I get.

Kleines Programm zum *absolut fehlerfreien* Lesen
von CDDA-Daten, das es in sich hat!

Dein Lieblings-CDDA-Reader hat dich beim Lesen eines Tracks/einer CD im
Stich gelassen? Kein Problem, Versuch's mal mit GRaBAtOR!
Hast du eine deiner CDs beschädigt? Hast du von einem Freund eine
beschädigte CD bekommen? Hast du eine CDs eines Freundes beschädigt?
(Autsch!) Kein Problem, GRaBAtOR ist da! :)
Nun kannst du mit GRaBAtOR endlich die Tracks deiner hartnäckig(st)en CDs
lesen!
Wenn du mit einem anderen Programm einen CDDA-Track qualitativ besser
rauslesen kannst, dann email mir, damit ich GRaBAtOR weiter verbessern
kann! :-)
Einige (wahrscheinlich bislang konkurrenzlose) Features:
- Absolut fehlerfreies Lesen von AudioCDs!
- JOINED-Modus! (vermischt linken und rechten Kanal zu einem echten
Mono-Kanal)
- Schneidet Nullen am Anfang und am Ende des Samples weg!
- Die Positionen können auch in Minuten:Sekunden:Frames angegeben werden!
(siehe GRaBAtOR.guide für eine detailiertere Beschreibung)
Anmerkung zum derzeitigen Stadium von GRaBAtOR:
Diese Programm ist noch nicht fertiggestellt, aber ich benutze es
regelmäßig (meistens mit den vorgegebenen Optionen) ohne Probleme.
(Natürlich arbeite ich noch daran. :-)
Keine Angst wegen der Versionsnummer, '0' heißt bei mir nur, daß das
Programm weder fertig ist noch in Bezug auf Geschwindigkeit optimiert
ist, und 'ß' bedeutet immerhin, daß 'alpha' schon vorbei ist! ;-)
Das Archiv enthält (außer der Dokumentation) nur binäre Dateien.
GRaBAtOR ist EMail-Ware.
EMail mir, und sag mir deine Meinung über GRaBAtOR.
Weitere Veröffentlichungen dieses Programms hängen von *deinen* EMails ab.
Ideen, Vorschläge und/oder Hinweise auf Fehler nehme ich immer gern
entgegen.
Übersetzungen nehme ich ebenfalls gern an. (noch nicht lokalisiert)

Beim Entpacken des Archivs wird ein neues Verzeichnis angelegt.
