GetCDDB downloads audio cd track information from the internet so that you don't have to type them in
yourself.

Just a quickie upload that should fix a problem that some people have been having. It now doesn't
check for a disc id if your device string isn't set.

Note: Delete any past getcddb.config files if you still have problems.
