CDTool V1.6

This tool is intended to be used with commodities (e.g. Toolmanager, MagicCX,
...) in order to activate drive functions by hotkey.
E.g. load/unload (toggle) caddy, play audiotrack....
You may also read out drive/medium-specific data, use it in startup-scripts
to check whether a SCSI unit is ready or not (i.e. ChkSCSI)...
