Hi to all!! ;)

        Here you have a set of new .language files for
countrys where the spanish language is spoken, but where
the people who live there have their own terms for somethings
different to the spanish ones, and this make some translations
a bit confusing. So with this new .languages this people can
make translations to their "local" spanish using the correct
language file for the traslation ;) (this mean you can offer
a new translation, using a new language,  to programmers who
already have their program traslated into spanish).

NOTE TO PROGRAMMERS: Please, if you can, distribute this with
your programs when they're in translating process.
