KitCat is a CatComp-like utility that may help to create localized programs,
which may offer different languages using the so-called catalogs and the 
locale.library.

KitCat picks up certain source files (called catalog descriptions and
catalog trsnslations) containing the program's strings and further informations
and creates the source to handle them (either C or Oberon) and the catalog
files. KitCat is mostly compatible to CatComp, but the C-source differs a
little bit.

Sorry, actually there is only the german version available. (Silly, for a
program of that kind ... ;-)
