GadLayout is a system for laying out gadgets in a dynamic font and locale
sensitive manner.  It relies mostly on GadTools, but offers enhancements over
GadTools.  Note that it is not a graphical editor, but a set of routines for
programmers to use for much greater control in the laying out of gadgets. 

Release 1.7 now includes source (which may only be used under certain
conditions!).
